Bloomy Rind

These surface-ripened bloomy-rind wheels are styled after the classic cow’s milk cheese of Normandy, which ripens from the outside in and grows softer, creamier and more earthy with age. We love ours wrapped in puff pastry and baked until oozy, or served on a cheese board with stone-fruit preserves. Buttery Chardonnay, American pale ale, and India Pale Ale are complimentary beverage partners.

Ingredients: Cultured, pasteurized goat milk, salt, microbial rennet
