Our cheeses are known for their clean, fresh flavor profiles. Even if you usually shy away from goat cheese, give ours a try, and you’ll find it free of “goaty” flavors and aromas.
Free of additives
We use cheese cultures and microbial (also known as vegetarian) rennet in our traditional cheesemaking techniques. Our milk and cheese are free of added hormones, preservatives, and artificial flavorings.
People with lactose intolerance or dairy allergies choose goat cheese for a reason. The fat cells in goat’s milk are smaller, making it more easily digestible than cow’s milk, or dairy products made from it.
Goat’s milk and cheese are lower in fat than cow’s milk, and an excellent source of calcium and protein. They’re also high in potassium, vitamin A, thiamin, niacin, and protein.
