Haystack
was recently honored
as one of 24 US dairies invited to send cheese to the third "Feast of Cheeses" in Bra, Italy. The
festival was sponsored by Slow Food International, an organization founded by Italian writer Carlo Petrini as an antidote to the industrialization of food production by fast-food outlets.
