Haystack Mountain Cheeses

Haystack produces three Raw Milk cheeses: Queso De Mano, Sunlight and Red Cloud. We also produce a wide variety of pasteurized cheeses including fresh chevre logs, soft- ripened cheeses, Green Chile Jack, Feta, Chevre En Marinade and one mixed milk cheese called Buttercup.

Update on tours: Unfortunately we no longer have a working goat farm- we also do not offer tours to the general public.

Green Chile Jack Wins 1st Place

Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy captured 1 First place and 2 Third place ribbons at the American Cheese Society Annual Competition in Montreal, Quebec on Friday, August 5, 2011.
